History / Biography and/or Education / Qualification: 

Erika is an accomplished IT / Drug Development Program Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry. She has a proven track-record of improving and impacting corporations through the redesign of processes and utilization of enterprise technology solutions. Further, she has led multiple Enterprise Project Management (EPM) implementations for both large and small companies.

Erika is PMP certified as well as MS Project / Project Server Black Belt certified through IIL and Microsoft and holds a ITIL Expert certificate. She is a skilled writer and presenter on a variety of technical and business topics. Erika is also active in the community. She currently serves as President of the ITSMf San Diego LIG and was voted "Volunteer of the Year" by PMI® International in 2007.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: 

No refunds will be made within 45 days of course start date. Any student who cancels within this time period will be given credit to attend another of Beyond20's public courses scheduled within 180 days of the original course date. Any transfer requests made within 21 days of the course start date are at the sole discretion of Beyond20. We will attempt to accommodate these requests whenever possible but it may not always be possible.

In the event that a student cannot attend a scheduled course, another student from the same organization may be substituted at any time (restrictions to this policy apply to ITIL Service Manager course).
