Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: 

cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. makeups are available in the same week if scheduling permits. No shows are charged the full lesson price

Other Policies: 

We are closed all major holidays - but are open all bank holidays. If a teacher cannot make the lesson, we will provide a substitute teacher for the lesson.
